Indepth Visits Kärcher Centre Manchester
At Indepth, we believe that collaboration and continuous learning are key to delivering exceptional service for our clients. That commitment was on full display recently, as our Northern and Midlands Regional Teams were welcomed to the impressive new Kärcher Centre in Manchester.
Hosted by Mathew Gellie (Head of Rental), Kristie Wilson (Aftermarket & Service Director), our teams began the day with their monthly regional meetings, followed by an engaging and informative tour of the state-of-the-art facility. The visit provided an opportunity not only to see the latest Kärcher innovations in action but also to strengthen our longstanding partnership with a brand known for quality and performance.
The highlight of the day came during a hands-on training session led by Kärcher specialists. Our teams explored the full range of equipment available to both Indepth and our clients, receiving expert guidance on troubleshooting and optimising machine performance. These sessions are crucial in ensuring our teams are fully equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to consistently deliver outstanding results.
