Welcome Sandra & James
Following the retirement of Suzanne Richardson, we are delighted to announce that Sandra Fazackerley and James Perryman, who have worked with Indepth for many years on a consultancy basis, are joining our leadership team. Sandra joins us in the role of Strategic Services Director and James as Operations Director. Their extensive knowledge of our business and their deep connections with our people make them invaluable additions to the team.
Meet Sandra
Sandra’s career journey began in the Accounts department of a Peugeot dealership, before continuing in the numbers game at one of the family-owned Post Offices, where she first gained experience in business ownership. After moving north, Sandra joined Martin Dawes, where her career in the communications industry truly took off. She held several senior leadership roles at O2, including Head of Business Intelligence, Director of Insights & Analytics, and finally Director of Customer Experience. Her strategic mindset and leadership experience make her a perfect fit for her new role, where she will be focusing on aligning strategy behind the scenes.
Meet James
James graduated from Bath University with a degree in Electronic and Communications Engineering and began his career in 1996 as a software designer at Ericsson. He soon pursued a path toward project management, leading him to O2. In 2009, he moved into consultancy, and by 2013, he was working with Telefonica on leadership and talent development projects across Europe. In 2015, James and Sandra founded Momentus, delivering training and development to clients including AO.com, FourteenIP, Virgin Media O2, Crystal Palace FC, Goodwood, and Aston Martin F1. James is also a professional member of the Professional Speaking Association and regularly speaks at business and networking events.
Their Journey with Indepth
Sandra and James have a long-standing relationship with Indepth, having collaborated with us to provide a range of learning and development services over the years. As they step into their new leadership roles, James will oversee operations, and Sandra will focus on strategic alignment. Their experience and insights will help us better integrate our core values and continue driving improvement throughout the business.
Outside of work, Sandra and James enjoy traveling, experiencing new cultures, spending time with family and friends, enjoying good food and drink, and keeping active through fitness and sports.
