Cleaning Operatives are at the heart of the Indepth organisation and are pivitol in the successful provision of cleaning services.

Operatives receive industry appropriate training programmes to the BICSc accredited standards and follow site specific guidelines and schedules. Reporting directly to an Area Manager, Operatives are supervised and their health and safety and wellbeing is paramount.

Cleaning Operatives are also supported with a dedicated cleaner telephone line to assist with matters relating to their employment and work. The UK Hub team maintain regular contact with Cleaning Operatives, ensuring that there is a consistent line of communication between field and office based employees. 

Cleaning Operatives are rewarded for going the extra mile with a recognition scheme, Inspiration Awards. On a quarterly basis, these awards are presented to employees who have been recognised by clients and Area Managers for their excellent contribution to the organisation.
